A lot of our clearing jobs end the same way: the land is open, and now somebody needs a pad. A house pad, a shop pad, a barn pad. Oklahoma Mulch Works now takes that work on under the same roof, so the place we cleared can get build-ready without you hunting a second contractor.

How we run a pad job

We walk the site and measure first. Where the water goes matters as much as where the dirt goes, so we look at fall, drainage, and access before anyone talks numbers. Then you get one flat quote for the scoped pad. No phone pricing, no hourly meter running while you hope.

We are straight about capacity: dirt work is a newer line for us than mulching, and early jobs may bring in experienced day-rate dirt help under our supervision. You still get one contract, one point of contact, and one finish standard.

The best pad jobs start as land clearing jobs. We mulch the footprint and the access, then shape the pad on clean ground. If your project needs engineering, compaction testing, or certified fill for a specific foundation spec, we will say so on the walk and help you line up the right people instead of pretending.

Do you quote pads over the phone?

No. Pad size, cut and fill, soil, and access change every job. We walk and measure the site, then send one flat number for the scoped work.

Can you clear and pad in one project?

Yes. Clearing the footprint with the mulcher and then building the pad is the natural order, and scoping both at once usually saves mobilization.
