Oklahoma Mulch Works LLC provides forestry mulching, land clearing, brush removal, cedar tree removal, and related services in the Oklahoma City metropolitan area and surrounding communities. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site conditions.
All quotes provided by Oklahoma Mulch Works LLC are estimates based on the information available at the time of the quote. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, scope of work, accessibility, and other factors discovered upon arrival or during the course of the project. Any changes to the quoted price will be communicated to the customer before additional work is performed.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. For larger projects, a deposit may be required prior to the start of work. Any outstanding balance not paid within 30 days of the invoice date may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month.
By providing your phone number through our website, lead forms, Facebook lead ads, or any other method, and by opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Oklahoma Mulch Works LLC at the phone number you provided. Oklahoma Mulch Works LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, website, or communications. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, or other buried infrastructure that was not disclosed prior to the start of work.
Forestry mulching and land clearing involves heavy equipment operating on your property. While we take every reasonable precaution, some ground disturbance, rutting, or minor landscape impact may occur, particularly in wet or soft soil conditions. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this possibility. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize any impact to your property.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover mobilization costs.
Oklahoma Mulch Works LLC reserves the right to reschedule work due to inclement weather, unsafe site conditions, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to reschedule promptly and communicate any changes to you.
Oklahoma Mulch Works LLC may take before-and-after photographs or video of our work for use in marketing, advertising, social media, and our websites. No personally identifiable information (such as your name or address) will be associated with these images without your express permission. If you do not wish for your property to be photographed, please notify us before work begins.
Our websites and their content are provided "as is" for informational purposes. While we strive to keep the information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of website content. All content on our websites, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Oklahoma Mulch Works LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
